**The team you'll be part of**
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible. As an integral part of the Converged Charging Product Line Management team, a self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented professional will drive innovation in defining the features and functions of leading-edge converged charging as part of the Nokia Charging portfolio, and work with customers and sales and regional business development teams.

**As part of our team, you will**:
- Work with various external and internal actors (customers, R&D teams, technical marketing, business development, technical sales and sales) to identify, define, promote, and deliver new capabilities for converged charging. Be the best solution and product advocate to peers, management, sales.
- Translate customer needs into clearly defined solution and product requirements considering available solutions and competitive environment.
- Drive product requirements into the product management team and ensure the successful delivery and implementation of product roadmap,
- Manage the entire product lifecycle starting from conception to launch and finally end of life.
- Track customer opportunities, define and drive next steps toward success for each one while keeping revenue generation in mind.
- Build business cases for new business development and obtain executive buy in for new initiatives.
- Keep current on competitive environment and technologies to support responses to vulnerabilities and leverage strengths and differentiators.
- Support other PLMs in market analysis, cost analysis, pricing analysis and forecasting.
- Build trusted relationships and be able to influence key executives
**Your skills and experience**
**You have**:
- Degree in computer science, software, systems engineering, or relevant related field is required. Graduate degree preferred; MBA in addition to technical degree is an asset.
- 5 years of telecom billing and invoicing experience in either network operator or vendor.
- 5 years of product management or pre-sales experience with a demonstrated understanding of market requirements for charging and billing systems.
- Business acumen.
- Excellent understanding of the industry landscape, including customers, potential partners, direct competitors, competing and emerging technologies and architectures.
- Experience and demonstrated ability in identifying changing business models, and ability to associate these to changing solution/product and architecture requirement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across many teams within the organization including sales, business development/technical sales, product management, marketing, services & support, R&D, documentation, manufacturing, operations, program and release management.
- Solid technical and operational understanding of service provider charging and billing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and customers.
- Ability and flexibility to develop and deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences and to define and participate in product demonstrations during conferences, trade shows.
- Strong consulting skills to work with both external and internal customers and suppliers, sometimes for understanding and sometimes for driving product and architectures, features, constraints, and limits.
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation, with abilities to influence and lead others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; autonomy and ability to manage competing demands
- High energy; willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in both high-level, strategic context and pragmatic execution of specific projects with practical constraints on network functional requirements and schedules and product or feature constraints.
- Ability to forge trusted relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style.
