**Branding and Commitment**:

**Beverage Knowledge**:

- Familiarize yourself with the list of beverages offered at the bars, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and food options.

**Drink Service**:

- Serve drinks with precision and flair, ensuring that each beverage is crafted to perfection and presented with style.

**Order Taking and Billing**:

- Take orders from guests, ensuring that preferences and special requests are noted and communicated to the bar staff.
- Efficiently prepare invoices, ensuring prompt completion and meticulous attention to detail, while delivering exceptional service throughout the billing procedure.

**Bar Setup and Cleanup**:

- Assist in setting up and clearing the bar area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and inviting for guests.
- Prepare daily Mise-place;
- Undertake daily and weekly cleaning duties in the bar area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Respect the rules of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment.
- Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed.
- Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times.
- Accept criticism and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
- Integrate into the team dynamic, contributing positively to its energy and camaraderie.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring clear and courteous interactions at all times.
