Role:
The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects critical to the organization. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and may include working with external consultants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and solve critical company issues across departments.
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects.
Work closely with department heads and C-suite to align efforts with strategic goals.
Produce data-driven insights to support strategy formulation.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Contribute to the company’s overall strategic planning and direction.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
Proven strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills with capability to work cross-functionally and independently.
