About Your Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will be the primary support resource for Finance, Treasury, Payroll, and Accounting. You will work collaboratively with our Outsourcing Accounting & Payroll Team and the Head of Finance to develop relevant controlling reports to support Daloop’s senior management. You will also be responsible for revenue assurance controls in collaboration with Sales Team to support the monetization of Daloop’s services.

You will

Treasury:

- Prepare bank reconciliations and be an additional internal control to the outsourcing accounting team;
Accounting
- Provide information about Accounts Payable and Receivable and follow up on overdue amounts and be a facilitator to the accounting outsourcing team by providing solutions as accounting issues arise;
- Estimate and calculate revenue and cost accruals;
- Validate Financial reports;
Payroll
- Prepare accurate payroll reports for processing by the Outsourcing Payroll Team;
- Validate Payroll proposals made by the Outsourcing Payroll Team;
- Prepare monthly time reports;
Revenue Assurance
- Proactively review client’s accounts status;
- Partner with Sales team to prepare relevant revenue assurance reports
- Contact with client’s finance department whenever relevant.

Help on processes and procedures implementation and improvement.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting or related field.  
- + 5 years of working experience in financial role in international finance and accounting environment
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills  
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- A team player with good interpersonal skills 
- Experience in a startup environment would be a plus. 
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
