**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Portuguese (mandatory). Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
**Additional Information**
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Timetable: Monday-Friday. 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Work from home policy: one week every month.
- Work place: Carnaxide, Portugal.
