As a Financial Controlling Analyst, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

In your new role you will:

- **Support decision making **by measuring the company's performance based on actual figures and planning;
- **Provide support to organization **standard reporting and processes;
- **Support analysis **and promote efficiency **throughout the processes;
- Focus on **budgeting **and **cost center **;
- Focus on **inventory reporting **;
- Focus on **financial performance analysis **.

You demonstrate excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your high-quality standards and ‘hands-on’ approach towards your job are your best allies in the achievement of excellence.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A Bachelor degree in **Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent fields **;
- **Up to 3 to 5 years **of experience in a similar role;
- A good understanding of other **financial areas **to support decision making and problem solving;
- **Basic knowledge **and understanding of **IT tools**:

- advanced skills in **Excel **and experience in **SAP **would be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- **Fluency in English.**
