Our partner is an **online media** company providing call center and marketing services in Europe. Selling B2C and B2B, our partner is helping external clients improve their **customer retention**

**What is this job about?**:
As **Customer Support** for **French**-speaking clients, your goal is to ensure a top quality **customer experience** by identifying and solving problemsfast
On a daily basis, you will be the **first point of contact** for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great **customer experience and journey**.
**Your Challenges**:
- **Solve problems**, claims and complaints promptly
- Support clients in understanding the product & process
- Proactively gather customer feedback to develop and improve
- **Upsell proposals** and negotiate terms
- Build trust with the clients by providing solutions and updates

**What do you need to apply?**:
- Language skills**:bilingual** (C2) in **French** and an intermediate (B1+) in **English**
- Comfortable with **sales**
- Comfortable communicating with customers and **talking on the phone**
- Proficient with computer office tools

- Having a first experience in the following is highly valued by our partner and can be a great plus:
- Experience working in **Customer Service**, a **Telemarketing** or in a **Call-Center**
- You speak **Portuguese** fluently
**Important**: For this position, you need to relocate to **Lisbon**, Portugal. You need to be in possession of an **EU VISA** for this position.
