**What you will do**:
- You will work closely with our C-Level, including Dennis, our CEO and co-founder, as you will help build the future of Emma by driving strategic business initiatives from development through execution and helping us build an industry-leading sleep company.
- You will be developing and implementing strategies that can sustain and even fuel our hyper-growth, a flexible and cost-efficient structure and a customer experience that makes us the market leader in customer satisfaction and actively drives business growth
- You will review, improve and even disrupt internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased efficiency, productivity and excellence on a global scale
- You will shape teams by challenging and advancing organizational structures and team composition as well as supporting the growth of future leaders.
- You will build and develop relationships with all key leaders in the business to effectively implement the strategies set out.
**What we are looking for**:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced environment like a start up
- Entrepreneurial and strategic and disruptive mindset with a high degree of organizational skills
- Experience in guiding and influencing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-reliant and hands-on work mentality
- Problem solving and data analytics skills
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
