THE ROLE

As a Senior System Analyst you'll be the crucial link between our tech capabilities and business objectives. You’ll work closely with our product team to analyze, develop, and refine our software solutions, ensuring they meet both our clients’ needs and our vision for the future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with the product team to bring ideas to life
- Analyze, design, code, test, and debug software features
- Run data queries and deep-dive into data issues to develop solutions
- Optimize our Profimetrics algorithms through data modeling, SQL scripts & stored procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and innovate to enhance efficiency
- Work on monitoring tools to quickly detect and solve issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in software development)
- Strong PL/SQL skills
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A client-focused approach - always aiming for top value & service
- Must be fluent in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Must be based in the North of Portugal

Nice to have
- Experience in the retail industry
