Success in the role requires a holistic view of solutions, delivering sustainable values. **Join Our Center of Excellence in Solution Architecture** The Enterprise Transformation department, with its team of dedicated solution architects, is leading product and solution transformation initiatives across the entire organization. We are at the forefront of designing digital products and solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, addressing the complex requirements of our customers and the business. **Your main responsibilities as a Solution Architect for a portfolio of products will include**: - Evaluating and interpreting complex business problems and requirements in a fast-moving business environment to develop innovative solution designs. - Producing and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation in alignment with our strategy and documentation standards. - Managing changes to solutions, updating designs and documentation to reflect evolving requirements. - Providing expert guidance and resolving technical issues faced by engineering teams. - Creating and promoting standardization and reusable design practices through reference architecture. - Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and product & platform owners to ensure alignment on scope and solution design. These responsibilities require you to excel both as a technical problem-solver and a strategic architect. **Experience and Qualifications** **Education**: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. - Event-driven architecture. - ArchiMate, C4, UML. - Big data and real-time processing. **Preferred Experience**: Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable. **Key Skills and Competencies**: - ** Effective Communication**: Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication in English. - ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Skilled in evaluating complex problems and developing innovative solutions. - ** Change Management**: Experienced in managing solution changes and updating documentation. - ** Best Practices and Compliance**: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and enterprise architecture methodologies. - Knowledgeable in industry standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR). - Experienced in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - ** Stakeholder and Team Management**: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, delivering results in fast-paced environments, and guiding technical teams. **What we offer**: - Permanent contract (with basic salary in 14 installments per year). - Private medical care. - English courses - financial or co-financed by company. - Food allowance (EUR 9.60, per working day). - Hybrid and flexible work (3 days in a week at the office). - Buddy. - Good access to public transports.
