**Sr Associate Business Analytics & Insights - ELMAC Region**
**LIVE**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Support the ELMAC BAI Team in the development of the quarterly Latest Estimates (LE), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasts & Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Work closely with the Support Teams of the ELMAC BAI Team to develop value-added tools to support the above financial milestones
- Work with affiliates to harmonize forecasting processes
- Work with Regional Finance Teams to ensure consistency across forecasting systems
- Work with Global Value & Access and Pricing Teams to streamline analytics
- Build Amgen’s capability in actual performance reporting and forecasting

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**:
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Master's degree and 2 years of pharmaceutical market analysis and/or business planning experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of pharmaceutical market analysis and/or business planning experience
- Strong analytical, and technical skills and drive to excel in commercial analysis and forecasting (advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of forecasting concepts, understanding of performance management KPIs, ambition to continuously improve analytical & forecasting tools based on own experience and team feedback)
- Ability to dig deep and uncover the “why” beneath the observed behaviors
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
**Preferred Skills**:
- Commercial Analysis experience at a pharma/biotech company
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
- Proficient facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Some experience with tableau, SQL, Power BI solutions skills
- Fluency in other languages
