**About the role**

As People Business Partner, you will work as point of contact for a specific business unit within our organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and employees driving HR initiatives and providing guidance and support to offer the best employee experience.

**As a part of your job, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to understand their needs and challenges, and provide effective HR solutions.
- Collaborate with the leaders, developing and implementing a comprehensively human resources strategies that support the growth and success of the business units.
- Deploy key HR products and services, providing recommendations, consulting and change management expertise to build value and competitive advantage through people.
- Take responsibility for talent acquisition & onboarding for the business teams.
- Drive performance and talent management processes, helping people to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with the HR central teams in the review, design and optimization of key HR processes and tools.
- Manage operational and employee relations activities.
- Be an active contributor to the Staffing & allocation process.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in HR management or similar areas.
- +3 years’ experience in a HR Management/ Business Partner position with exposure to Core HR processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing, Performance management.
- Previous successful experience in the implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function, or unit

Personal traits:
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients

Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy

Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included

Willingness to collaborate with other players

Strong communication skills
