**About the Company**:
You will be joining Motion Robotics at an exciting time as we prepare for our initial product launch. As we expand and grow our operations, there will be many opportunities for career advancement.

Motion Robotics has a full-time opportunity for an Administrative and Sales Assistant to join their team in Abrunheira / Sintra (Portugal).

**Objectives of this role**:
This role will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. In addition, support the Sales Team’s order process by being a communication bridge between various internal departments; sales, production, warehouse, and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative role:

- Prepares, proofreads, and edits letters and other documents.
- Copies, scans, and prepares mailings for a variety of documents.
- Organizes and files documents.
- Schedules meetings and prepares meeting room.
- Answer the phones and redirect the call to the appropriate person.
- Oversee and maintain office equipment and area.

Sales Support role:

- Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Coordinate with production team to prepare orders and samples (ship, track, follow up).
- Organize freight for imports and exports (quotes and prepare related documents).
- Accounting responsibilities include confirming sales quotes, invoicing clients, booking payments, inputting details in accounting software, and collections
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and pro-active
- Strong written and verbal competency in English and Portuguese
- Strong time-management, organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience with accounting software desirable.
