We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to help us define, drive and deliver our Product strategy and vision. You will be supported by a small but growing team, helping us continuously build our market-leading product.

**About the role**

As a Head of Product, you will help everyone understand the company’s business and goals by translating them into its product strategy and then setting directions and goals for the Product Team.

As a Head of Product, you will:

- Building and managing a team of product managers, ensuring their development, and hiring new team members;
- Establishing long-term goals for the product while keeping in mind short-term objectives that will help achieve those goals;
- Brainstorm new product ideas and concepts with a team of designers, engineers, and business stakeholders;
- Developing detailed specifications and plans for new and current products, including prototypes or models to test the design concept;
- Working with the Marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the product;
- Researching emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth within an industry;
- Evaluating the success of products based on performance metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer satisfaction levels;
- Be the agile advocate, working with the team to improve the product development cycle;
- Analysing customer feedback in order to identify areas, where improvements can be made to existing products or new products, can be developed;
- Ensure the timely delivery of the Product roadmap items, alongside the development team;
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to measure the success of product features.

**About you**

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Product (mid to senior level) driving product strategy through engineering delivery;
- Solid understanding of Agile and project management methodologies (certification is a plus) - e.g. Scrum, Kanban;
- Collaborative approach and ability to build consensus;
- Ability to breakdown strategic ideas into deliverable product roadmap items;
- Proven experience in leading the team toward a data-driven product roadmap;
- Experience with analytics tools - e.g. Metabase, Mixpanel;
- Experience with key tools - e.g. Notion, Jira, Figma;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to communicate with impact and influence - both verbally and written;
- Passion for contributing to continuous improvement processes;
- Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or with SaaS products is a plus.
