**THE ROLE**

As a **Digital Marketing Specialist** at Marketing 360, you will be instrumental in sculpting the future of businesses across a variety of sectors. This role is not just about managing digital marketing campaigns; it's about setting the stage for our clients' sustained market success. Working closely with our seasoned team, you will bring our strategic marketing visions to life, ensuring our clients not only meet but exceed their digital marketing goals.

Specifically, we expect you to:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
- Manage social media profiles, ensuring engaging content that resonates with targeted audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance data to continually refine strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design captivating marketing materials.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, integrating them into strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Mandatory requirements:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- ** Specific experience working in a digital marketing agency and client project management is highly preferred.** This experience should include managing client relationships, understanding diverse industry landscapes, and executing a wide range of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 level).
- A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
