**Job Description**:
- Responsible for creating and executing the digital marketing strategy, in close articulation with the macro campaign plan;
- Projection and monitoring of customer acquisition campaigns in paid and non paid media channels in coordination with the digital media agency;
- Monitoring and optimization of campaigns across all online acquisition channels, defining and tracking budgets and objective KPIs;
- Ability to deeply understand business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital goals/strategies;
- Creation, management and experimentation of new sales generation strategies (customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, cross sell and upsell), identifying relevant trends and insights in the business context;
- Use of automated reporting tools (e.g. Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, Google Ads Insights,...) for:
- Monitor and analyze performance, sales and profitability KPIs (e.g. Reach, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CVR, Investment, CPA, ROAS) of all acquisition channels, campaigns and tests, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Monitor and analyze web analytics KPIs (e.g. traffic, audience profile, user experience, conversion funnel, conversion rate) and identify opportunities);
- Participation in the marketing automation strategy in order to efficiently impact Customers and Prospects, following the appropriate conversion journeys and improving the reach of all communications;
- Continuous update on the latest industry trends, growth hacking and digital marketing and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional experience in online product or service acquisition, conversion and retention (minimum 5 years);
- History of managing digital marketing budgets with relevant value and scope;
- Advanced knowledge of online advertising platforms, CRM tools, and online channel analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics);
- Strong analytical, data-driven, results-oriented, customer-focused skills;
- A mindset of constant experimentation and testing, with attention to detail;
- Experience working in e-commerce contexts highly valued.
