**Job Description**:
- Design and architect solutions aligned with business needs;
- Code reviews for other developers and advice on best practice methodologies;
- Plays in cooperation with various internal stakeholders;
**Qualifications**:
- Up to 10 years of experience;
- Solid technical knowledge of the ServiceNow product, in the ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, BCM, APM, ATF modules, including the integration aspect;
- Professional experience (4-5 years) in ServiceNow technical maintenance/management/project functions, obtained in a DevOps environment;
- Experience in designing solutions on ServiceNow will be valued;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA tool and Confluence (valued);
- Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English (mandatory), Portuguese (appreciated), Spanish (appreciated);
- Ability to communicate, organize and innovate focus on solving problems and meeting objectives;
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.
