You will be responsible to:
**Job Purpose**

The **Global Cyber Security Senior Manager** is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Hovione’s cyber and information security strategy. This role ensures the protection of digital assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with enterprise risk management objectives. This role is critical in safeguarding sensitive data, intellectual property, and ensuring business continuity in a highly regulated environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Strategic Leadership**- Define and drive the Cyber & Information Security agenda in alignment with Hovione’s risk management strategy.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide cybersecurity roadmap, policies, and standards.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.
- ** Risk Management & Compliance**- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate cyber risks.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, GxP, IEC 62443-2-1 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- Collaborate with different areas to integrate cybersecurity into the broader enterprise risk framework.
- ** Security Operations**- Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection) across Hovione IT\OT environment
- Lead incident response planning and execution, including post-incident analysis and reporting.
- Monitor and respond to security events and vulnerabilities.
- ** Governance & Awareness**- Establish and enforce cybersecurity governance structures and processes.
- Promote a culture of security awareness through training and communication programs.
- Manage third-party security risks and ensure vendor compliance.
- ** Team Leadership**- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
