**PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Project Manager/Technical Product Owner**

**Your mission**:

- Take responsibility for IT work packages within projects focused on expanding or commissioning production sites.
- Capture and structure requirements from global and local teams, and collaborate closely with product owners and IT architects to develop professional solutions.
- Assume responsibility for (sub-) projects from initiation through successful piloting in production, and oversee the rollout to various locations.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate internal and external project resources.
- Actively manage risks and changes in the project, including budget, scope, and timeline considerations.
- Take charge of measuring progress and ensuring adherence to time, budget, and content targets as part of project control and reporting.
- Undertake the task of preparing and visualizing complex IT issues in a manner appropriate for the target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of modern microservice architecture in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of agile IT program and project management.
- Professional experience of at least 3 years as a project manager in several projects, with responsibility for planning, management, implementation, and successful transition into operations.
- Ideally, extensive knowledge and certifications in agile project management.
- High degree of initiative (hands-on mentality) and a very structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and the ability to explain complex problems in a simple way.
- Strong procedural, conceptual, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent methodological skills and broad knowledge of (agile) tools.
- **Business fluent in written and spoken English.**:

- **Advanced skills in German are a plus.**
