Daloop is a startup that is helping to reduce carbon emissions through the decarbonization of mobility since 2010. With our cloud-based software - **Daloop.App -** we’ve been assisting organizations to transition away from combustion engines and supporting charging network operation and administration. **About **this** Role**
We are hunting for rising Marketing Manager at Daloop, which will be responsible for creating and implementing our marketing strategy.
**You will...**
- Refine and execute the marketing strategy to establish Daloop as a category leader.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels that reach Daloop’s target customer, with powerful positioning that drives business growth.
- Build and run core marketing functions including Digital Marketing, Product marketing, Brands and Comms.
- Be a member of our executive team, participating in key decisions around strategy and company culture.
- Create and nurturing a highly effective feedback loop of understanding and coordination among Product, Sales and Marketing.
- Own messaging and our value proposition across channels, leveraging feedback from prospects in the sales funnel as well as existing customers
- Identify, hire and manage a team of high-performing specialists
- Foster a data-driven environment, owning the data and martech infrastructure to support an excellent marketing program
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
**We’re looking for someone who...**
- have built a marketing function from scratch (or close to it), and you’re eager to do that all over again with an incredibly fast-growing product
- Has developed and executed an inbound marketing strategy into a sales funnel that will feed our mid-market business.
- Ideally, you’ve also run an ABM motion because we sell into the enterprise too.
- Fluency with metrics relevant to both marketing and sales in B2B SaaS, and translating insights into action
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, initiative, and comfort with the process of doing a thing and then replacing yourself
- Strong people management, mentoring, coaching, and development experience
- Passion for what we’re building here at Daloop
- A good sense of humor and relentless positivity.
