With offices in Portugal, France, and China, we provide end-to-end asset recovery solutions, helping businesses maximize the value of their electronic assets while reducing environmental impact.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketplace Manager to optimize our online sales strategy, primarily on eBay and Amazon, as well as other marketplace channels in the European market.
Job Description: Marketplace Manager
As Marketplace Manager, you will take ownership of our eBay and Amazon sales channels, ensuring product visibility, competitive pricing, and efficient inventory management. Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for:
Product Listings & Pricing:
- Creating and managing product listings on eBay and Amazon, ensuring optimal visibility.
- Using bulk upload tools and HTML templates for mass product uploads.
- Developing a dynamic pricing strategy based on market trends and competitor benchmarking.
Client Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution professionally.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive ratings on eBay and Amazon.
Sales & Performance Optimization:
- Managing promotions, ads, and discount strategies to boost sales on eBay and Amazon.
- Monitoring marketplace performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing strategies to sell all incoming stock within 90 days.
Inventory & Reporting:
- Ensuring accurate product inventory across multi-store eBay accounts and Amazon listings.
- Maintaining and delivering weekly marketplace performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce.
✔ Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
✔ Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
✔ Experience with eBay and Amazon marketplace tools, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
➕ Experience with Amazon Renewed, eBay SEO, repricing tools, or marketplace automation software.
➕ Knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems.
➕ Additional European language skills (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Marketplace Manager M/F You will be in charge of marketing our range of products on Marketplace present at
Portugal, France and Europe. Ambitious objectives and remuneration in line with the corresponding value profile.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director with whom you will work on a daily basis, you are responsible for developing the business by bringing vision, a strategic dimension while being very pragmatic and operational. You will have all the keys to grow our business and meet our ambitions.
**Missions include**:
- Account opening on new marketplaces
- Management of our seller accounts
- Develop sales - Marketing operation on marketplace
- Improve the visibility of our offers and performance on marketplaces
- Optimization, posting and modification of product sheets
- competitive intelligence
- inventory management
- Customer relations on different e-commerce platforms
- Integrate and track orders on Marketplaces
- Implementation of advertising campaign on these platforms
- Manage existing marketplaces by improving partnerships and opening new sales channels
- Analyze KPIs to improve sales (CA and Margin)
- Perform sales forecasts
- Take responsibility for the turnover and margin of the market place department
- You identify best practices and implement them to adapt to the management of Amazon's fulfillment methods.
- Required profile: You are proactive in developing business on the internet. You master the back office of different marketplaces. Experience required You are autonomous, involved and serious
**Qualifications and mindset**
▪ A minimum of 2 years' experience in the world of web/E-commerce/digital and customer relations.
▪ Mastery of the Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc ),
▪ Strong appetite for digital tools
▪ Fluent in English is mandatory
▪ Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
▪ Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
▪ Priority management, adaptability, rigor
▪ Speed of understanding and execution
▪ Versatility & dynamism, sense of responsibility
