Join us and let's write our next chapter together. **What you will be doing**: - Integrate Marketing Platforms: Implement and manage integrations between modern orchestration tools like Relay42, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM (sales cloud, service cloud), cloud and on premise data warehouses e.g. Azure) to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced campaign functionality. - Support campaign audience selection: Utilize tools like Relay42 and Salesforce Data Cloud to create and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalized marketing experiences based on customer needs, behavior, and engagement patterns. - Optimize Marketing Automation Systems: Monitor, optimize, and improve automation systems to ensure maximum effectiveness of mar-tech stack and performance efficiency, and enhance the reliability and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Includes working with technology partners and vendors. - Conduct Technical Training and Documentation: Provide technical training and support to marketing teams on the use of tools like Asana, Percolate, Relay42 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
