As an Influencer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our clients brand's presence through strategic partnerships with influencers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with influencers across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to secure influencer stays at our clients' hotels, ultimately driving brand visibility and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Identification**: Utilize influencer search engines and other tools to identify potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the collaboration process.
- **Agreement Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our brand objectives.
- **Influencer Stays Coordination**: Coordinate influencer stays at our clients' hotels, including booking accommodations, arranging amenities, and facilitating a seamless experience.
- **Content Collaboration**: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that showcases the unique offerings of our properties.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Manage influencer-related administrative tasks, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- **Communication**:Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in influencer relations management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
