We are hiring Management Consultants
At Capgemini Portugal, you will work with some of the industries leading experts, with cutting edge technologies, and a supportive community. You’ll be challenged daily and given strong responsibility from day one.
We are looking for:
- Degree in Management, Economics or similar;
- Proven experience in Management Consulting;
- Experience in ERP implementation projects;
- Experience designing organizational models and in process optimization;
- Experience in the Food Retail sector with knowledge of offer management and store operations;
- Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization;
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- French knowledge is a plus.
What would your daily tasks look like?
- Responsible for systemize the gaps and associated requirements and lead discussion sessions;
- Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;
- Propose business solutions, requirements and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps and tools in production;
- Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;
- Supports the business team in the test script and the testers.
