**Customer Support Specialist - Irish Market (Lisbon)**
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists for the Irish market in Lisbon. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to grow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage requests and inquiries independently.
- Handle complex cases, including investigations and disputes.
- Support fraud detection and prevention processes.
- Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations.
- Share knowledge and support new team members.
- Adapt to different tasks according to business needs.
**Profile**:
- English level C1/C2 (mandatory).
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service or in banking, finance, or insurance.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations independently.
- Flexibility and motivation to work in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
