The Global Training Analyst will be a key responsible for creating, tracking and reporting the global activity of the sales organization. You will support the on-boarding and education requirements for each of the 3 key areas of the sales organization being Sales, Pre-Sales and Account Management. This role will also be the key point of contact for the relationship with our Sales Enablement Platform to maximize the potential of the software.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Collaborate to facilitate on-boarding and workshops for Sales, Pre-Sales and Account Managers
- Manage relationship of Sales Enablement Platform to maximize benefit and usage
- Reporting and tracking success metrics for Sales Enablement
- Administrative support to the Sales Enablement Team

**You are and you Know How**
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Attention to detail when establishing users and content for training systems
- Creating and presenting analytical reports on training activity to management
- High standard of presentation skills both remote and in person
- Added Plus:_
- Familiarity of using a Sales Enablement Platform
- Experience working in a client facing sales role
- Value Selling and Challenger Sales experience
- Knowledge of Payments, AML, Fraud or Merchant Acquiring
