**About the job**

- Defining the vision and strategy for IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities, monitoring the security of the Group's information systems, steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework
- The mission of the IT Risk Control and Audit Officer is to ensure, for the CIB IT Risk Central activity, the audit management (control, oversight, reporting and follow-up) including the measure and the closure of all recommendations issued by the Risk & Control functions from the Group, under Global CIB scope

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Organization of follow-up meetings with all relevant IT Risk managers, in order to ensure the closure of recommendations and control points within the stipulated deadlines
- Centralization, challenge and elaboration of information (status, action plans, etc ) for the several regular reports (Group, CIB entities, CIB Regions, etc )
- Assist/ ensure management report on the activity evolution, by producing and/ or calculating relevant KPIs/ KRIs
- Assist in the review of Closure Dossiers
- Coordinate meetings with Inspection Générale, whenever additional information is needed in the context of the IT Audit
- Ensure the reporting and preparation of high level/ detailed status of the activity to the IT Management and IT Risk

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor's Degree (3-5 years) in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3/4 years of proven experience in IT Audit/ IT Control/ IT Risk
- Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Knowledge of core Information Security and Risk standards related to IT Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000/ 3100 -series standards or other similar standards/frameworks)
- Expert in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Business Intelligence tools and similar
- Experience working with IT Risk and Control frameworks within the banking sector
- Ability to Analyze/Synthetize/Simplify and to share/pass on knowledge
- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Ability to establish and activate networks
- Ability to lead a meeting, seminar and/or committee
- Ability to effectively convey complex information with simple, high impact communication, at all levels of the organization
- Ability to be autonomous, to enhance the assessment methodology, facilitate the work for the entities and for the team and anticipate management request
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
