**About the job**
- The Cash Management Servicing Support Officer mission is to provide efficient and timely support to Relationship Analysts in their daily activity. You will be in charge of a set of administrative tasks related to the daily Cash Management servicing needed of our clients. This administrative support should be provided with a client centric approach and in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks in relation to the client's activity
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt request delivery
- Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency by maintaining and improving queries management
- Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, namely Excel
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Resilience and adaptability
- Good organisational skills
- Client focused
