**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- **Criar** **itinerários turísticos personalizados**, com foco em experiências premium e Luxury;
- **Selecionar parceiros locais** de forma criteriosa, garantindo elevados padrões de qualidade e exclusividade;
- **Elaborar propostas e orçamentos detalhados**, adaptados às expectativas de clientes exigentes;
- **Gerir e coordenar serviços e fornecedores turísticos**, assegurando uma atenção rigorosa a todos os detalhes operacionais;
- **Prestar apoio ao cliente ao longo da viagem**, garantindo uma experiência diferenciadora;
- Assegurar a **prestação de um serviço de excelência**, alinhado com os valores do turismo premium e Luxury.
**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:
- **Fluência em inglês** (nível C2 ou nativo) (obrigatório);
- **Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência** comprovada na **criação de itinerários turísticos** personalizados (obrigatório);
- **Experiência** sólida no **segmento premium e Luxury**;
- **Experiência em atendimento ao cliente**, preferencialmente em contextos de elevada exigência;
- **Licenciatura em Turismo** ou área similar;
- Excelente **capacidade de comunicação** e **adaptação a clientes sofisticados e exigentes**;
- Elevado **sentido de** **organização e gestão eficiente** de múltiplos itinerários;
- **Criatividade**, **sensibilidade cultural** e forte **atenção ao detalhe**;
- Perfil **orientado para o cliente**, com **visão comercial** e atenção aos objetivos do negócio;
- **Espírito de equipa,** **proatividade** e **capacidade de resolução de problemas**;
- Interesse genuíno pelo **turismo de luxo e pelo enoturismo premium**.
