We're hiring a **Talent Acquisition Analyst** to join the Indie team of young professionals at our Lisbon headquarters. Your mission will be to power the company's growth by sourcing and hiring talents for our Lisbon Headquarters and our operational bases located all over Europe and in the US.

**What you'll do**
- You'll be responsible for the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for your portfolio of areas and profiles.
- Setting up and maintaining partnerships with universities and schools, and managing our internship program.
- Engage in headhunting for management and other complex profiles.
- Conducting interviews online and by phone, and scheduling final interviews with hiring managers.
- Building strategic talent pools for future needs.
- Building good relationships with hiring managers.

**Who you are**:

- You have a degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or related field (mandatory).
- You have good English skills (mandatory) with other European languages highly valued.
- You're ambitious and eager to learn.
- Any previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We're happy to welcome and train new talent
