This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing Portugal International Markets Hub family as a Fund Execution Officer The Fund Execution Team ensures the execution of orders on investment funds in the Wealth Management (WM) business line. At the heart of the Operations HUB, it provides its expertise to numerous WM sites in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a committed employee with a strong focus on client quality and risk management **Your Main Activities Are** - Execution of investment fund orders, with custodians/transfer agents (subscriptions, redemptions, switches and compensations) in compliance with cut-offs - Control of order books, pre and post execution - Monitoring of orders executed and pending’s and reminders to counterparties - Manage the treasury announcements to cover custodian accounts - Enrichment of funds data in the internal securities Masterfile (settlement cycles, operational data, ) and controls in the database (cut-off, decimals, multi-custodian, eligibility) - Processing and responding to internal customer requests, in the shortest possible time, - Provide support to the customer sites of the WM Operations HUB processing on the platform - Quickly manage issues and incidents in collaboration with counterparties and other operational services (front office, custodians, TA, back office teams ) **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting - Business knowledge - Knowledge of the funds business and general banking, with at least 3 years of experience in back/middle office jobs - Knowledge of systems: VBA Excel and Access programming, Data management, Bloomberg and Swift - Fluency in English - French language is considered a plus - Rigorous, precise and reliable - Reactive and proactive - Customer-oriented - Aware of Risk management control - Positive and with a committed attitude **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
