Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, and is looking for a DEMAND PLANNER MANAGER, for a company in the District of Porto.

**Key Responsibilities**:
? Demand Forecast, incorporating with Business Projection coming from Product Managements, Sales as well as your own analysis.
? Analysing Customer forecasts, manage and maintain both the long
- and short-term forecasts for the customer, identify actual demand vs forecast and provide insight to support decision making.
? Collaborate with internal/external customers to provide most educated and trustworthy short and long term (1-24 month) forecast to Supply Team with Value Creation/Profitability and Forecast Accuracy in mind.
? Generate and build long term forecast plan driven by the production schedule.
? Be able to explain managements and internal customers where the Forecast gaps are coming from when fluctuate.
? Understand marketing and sales activities, adjust forecast accordingly to minimize excess inventory (Finish Goods and raw material both).
? Working closely with Supply Planning Team, understand where the shortfall in supply is against our forecast, make sure necessary actions are identified and are taken in advance to accommodate our future demand.
? Understand the industry and product life cycle, retrieve data and industry related data from all available sources.
? Analysis forecasts trends, drivers for change and potential developments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
? Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
? Professional experience as a planner, analyst or in a technical role within supply chain in a automotive manufacturing company;
? Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
? Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP;
? Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks;
? Passionate and high energy, with strong spoken and written communication skills to positively influence others;
? Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges;
? Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work.
? Fluent in English
