**Role Overview**

Being part of the Global Operations team, you will be responsible for helping our customer to implement and use our unified commerce solutions in the retail space. You will own the management of your assigned accounts and ensure their satisfaction while respecting our commitments.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide consultancy about our unified commerce software to our clients and system integrators
- Understand the customer's needs and addresses them with simple and appropriate solutions
- Advise and share recommendations and best practices
- Support and assistance, by phone, tickets, during meetings or workshops
- Implement our technology for our clients
- Manage projects, with regular contact with the clients
- Enable and configure the platform, according to clients’ needs
- Provide technical support
- Provide functional trainings and write documentations
- Be a driving force for the continuous improvement of our methodologies and processes
- Possible pre-sales support as a solution expert

**Who you are**
- Perfect in spoken and written German is mandatory, good level of written and spoken English is required. French is a bonus
- Proactive and curious in nature - looking for better ways to make things simpler
- Solutions focused and a problem solver, strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously, and prioritising appropriately
- Methodical, process and technology oriented
- Passion for helping others, very good communication skills and confident to speak with clients and internal stakeholders
- Previous experiences in customer relation, web development and/or e-commerce projects, project management, and providing training sessions
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL technologies
- Energetic: You’re driven by pushing forward, searching for better, and wanting more than the status quo
