**RAY.BBDM** is currently managing a search process for a large multinational company, based in Porto, that is looking for a Corporate Reporting Manager. This Corporate Reporting Manager will be part of a young and diverse team, dealing with various international entities and liasing with many different internal and external stakeholders.

**Reporting to the Head of Reporting, the Corporate Reporting Manager will be responsible for**:
Quarterly closing:

- Review reporting packages submitted by regional centres and provide support on complex issues;
- Prepare analysis of actual results and budget reforecast for the whole group;
- Prepare analytical review on bridging IFRS and Directional (internal GAAP) performance;
- Prepare presentation packages to the management board;
- Provide input and review external publications such as press release, interim financial statements and annual report;
- Support auditors’ queries.

Long-term financial planning:

- Prepare and review long-term forecast (6-year budget) with the use of (in-house) financial model;
- Liaise with various stakeholders to obtain input for key assumptions;
- Translate financial data into business scenario analysis to facilitate board decision making.

**Role Requirements**:

- Relevant post-graduation degree and qualification in finance / accounting (i.e. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred;
- At least 7 years of experience in an international audit firm and/or a similar corporate position in a large cap listed company;
- Advanced skills in Excel (particularly pivot and database) and IT/consolidation tools such as SAP, Business Objects and SAP Financial Consolidation;
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to function in a tight deadline oriented environment;
- Preferably experience in an international team environment;
- Fluent in English both written and verbal;
- Availability to move to Porto.
