Estamos à procura de um Maintenance Manager (M/F) para integrar a nossa equipa.
Job description
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
Gestão das áreas da Manutenção, Segurança e Ambiente;
Gestão técnica e financeira do departamento de Manutenção de acordo com os orçamentos definidos anualmente;
Gestão dos consumos de energia e utilidades, com vista a otimização da instalação;
Coordenação de equipas multidisciplinares internas e subcontratadas;
Gestão dos processos de compra do departamento de Manutenção.

Profile description
**Requisitos**:
Formação em Engenharia Mecânia, Engenharia Civil ou similares;
Experiência comprovada na área de manutenção no setor da hotelaria (preferencial);
Forte dinamismo, motivação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
Domínio da língua inglesa (preferencial).
