We are currently looking for a **Junior HR Analyst** to join our corporate HR Team at our Lisbon office. As **Junior HR Analyst** you will be in charge of supporting the development and implementation of human resources management policies, processes and group projects. You will report to our Vice President of Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**
- ✔️ Support the development, continuous improvements and implementation of HR processes, policies and projects within the group
- ✔️ Prepare all necessary documentation, reports and user manuals related to HR processes and systems
- ✔️ Train new team members and support all users in HR processes and systems
- ✔️ Ensure that all data in central HR systems is updated and accurate
- ✔️ Analyse trends and best practices in the market and prepare proposals for HR Management
- ✔️ Monitor and report progress on all HR KPI's

**Exigences**:

- A completed bachelor degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Analyst role in an international environment
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP HCM and Success factors would be a plus
- Autonomous as well as a good team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while prioritising tasks and workload
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organised, ensuring quality and consistent output
