Gira projetos complexos de Data Engineering como Project Manager na Xpand IT, alinhando stakeholders e garantindo qualidade e excelência em cada entrega.
Principais responsabilidades
Coordenar as várias equipas de projeto;
Definir o âmbito das releases e sprints dos projetos, garantindo o envolvimento de todos os stakeholders;
Antecipar e gerir problemas, conflitos e riscos que surjam no decorrer das releases de projeto;
Assegurar uma comunicação fluída e atempada entre todas as equipas que têm impacto no decorrer dos projetos;
Desenvolver e implementar métricas para o acompanhamento e avaliação da execução dos projetos;
Assegurar a qualidade e a excelência de cada entrega.

**Requisitos**:
Formação académica
Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou equivalente.
Experiência em gestão
Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como Tech Lead ou Gestor de Projetos na área de IT.
Conhecimento técnico
Background ou conhecimento em boas práticas de desenvolvimento Java e/ou SQL, com interesse por ecossistemas Big Data e suas arquiteturas.
Metodologias ágeis
Experiência com metodologias de desenvolvimento (Scrum) e ferramentas de suporte ao desenvolvimento (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo).
Competências de comunicação
Boas capacidades de comunicação escrita e falada, essenciais para a coordenação de equipas e gestão de stakeholders.
**Idiomas**:
Domínio do Inglês, falado e escrito.
**Pontos extra**:
Certificação PMP e SCRUM.
