**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Manage and coordinate Product Launches;
- Manage and coordinate Technology Transfers (TT), including gap analysis execution of MA dossiers;
- Knowledge of project management principles;
- Prepare and interpret project KPI’s;
- Lead the switch-over from launch to the first year market/routine batches;
- Coordinate product improvement/optimization projects (change of manufacturing process, manufacturing equipment);
- Coordinate activities related with the implementation of alternative API sources;
- Support contract negotiations and management, including successful execution of contracts;
- Liaise with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Quality, QC, Production, Logistics and other relevant Areas of Organization when needed.

**Requisitos**:

- Background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other Life-Health Science related areas;
- Know how in Pharma in manufacturing practices, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and/or project management is required;
- Fluency in English (oral and written);
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP);
- Strong time management and organization skills;
- Communication skills to develop good working relationships and to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Close attention to detail;
- Be proactive and critical.
