**ACTIVITIES**:

- Development and implementation of POS strategies as well as regional and temporary tactics.
- Independent store and retailers visits, ensuring there is stock, communication and visibility of our products (2 days/week).
- Negotiation with independent sores and retailers for store space and promotional activities.
- Alignment with the sales team in order to support selling and promotional activities.
- Control of support activities (SAP and worksheet development)
- Marketing-mix support (product/price/promotion/channel), mainly focused on channel communication.
- Shop and shop in shop implementation.
- Coordination & implementation of growth initiatives with a clear marketing roadmap & sales support activity.

- Ability to manage external relations with creative, media, PR and trade marketing agencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance), as well with other departments to create compelling and visually appealing insight-based activations aim at driving sales

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Degree in marketing, international business, or a related field, or equivalent proven professional experience
- 3+ years of working experience in brand, trade, consumer marketing and/or execution of store concepts (experience in category management project is an advance)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at the same time, to deliver results on budget & time.
