FRH. is recruiting a Marketing Technician for Porto.

**Duties & Responsabilities**:

- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content.
- Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Represent the hotel at consumer trade fairs, mall promotions and tourism events both at local and national level.
- Organise on and off-site client entertainment.
- Ensure in house promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales and marketing promotions.
- Submit weekly Sales & Marketing activity reports to the General Manager and Directors.
- Always maintain the highest standards of professional conduct when dealing with clients, guests etc.

**Requirements**:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
- Commercially focused, have the ability to analyse market data and be results driven.
- Degree in Marketing, Comercial Area or similar.
- Proven track record in generating revenue through marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional widely spoken language would be advantageous.
- Articulate, confident communicator at all levels both with colleagues and clients.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including web analytics metrics and tools.
- Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions.
