Below, you will find information that will be useful to know if you meet the technical characteristics of the position:
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of HSE-related legal guidelines, overseeing the documentary and security compliance of contractors and subcontractors.
- Supervising key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drafting prevention plans for interventions on assets
- Managing staff safety training.
- Reviewing incident reports, and facilitating incident notification, classification, and escalation when necessary.
- Conducts incident investigations, reviews risk assessments and method statements (safe work procedures).
- Evaluates site and project HSE plans, performs inspections and audits at production and construction sites, and participates in HSE risk assessments.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS**:

- Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental legislation and standards applicable to Portugal, including relevant certifications.
- Practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety Management Systems such as OSHA 18001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
