- As a Department Head (f/m/d), you will define, implement, and continuously improve corresponding OT security protection service and consulting portfolio for internal and external customers.
- You are responsible of strategy, budged and personnel. You will lead an international team of ca. 17 experts located in Spain, Germany, Portugal and Switzerland.
- In this role, you understand our Operational Technology approach and their attack vectors and define the required security protection service portfolio.
- You define missing services and drive the implementation with stakeholders on a risk-based approach.
- Also, you provide input for OT Security Governance to ensure an adequate security level.
- You align with Businesses, other Cybersecurity departments and further relevant stakeholders in definition and implementation of the OT Security strategy
- Understanding customers' business, processes and challenges rounds up this role.

**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- You have a technical background in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Information Technology, ideally with focus on cybersecurity.
- Furthermore, you can provide long-term work experience in security and risk management, with focus on OT environments.
- You earned experience of consulting business in international environments.
- You are experienced in global leadership (managing teams in multiple location), stakeholder management and service management.
- You have a good understanding of corporate and cybersecurity processes.
- Ideally, you already have know-how about processes in factories.
- Knowledge in some of the following certifications are a plus: Certified Operational Technology Cybersecurity Professional (TÜV), GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), Industrial Security Professional Certification (NCMS-ISP), ISA 99 / IEC 62443 Cyber Security Certificate Program, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
