**About the job**
- The KYC Data Supervisor primary focus is to manage a KYC Data Officers team in organising the team activity, ensuring quality and that all operational activities are in accordance with KYC and internal procedures. Actively contribute in the changes implementation required by the activity. Support training in a timely manner and efficient way

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Be the entry point for any questions raised by team members and escalate when needed
- Prepare and follow up teams’ training plans, identify and report training needs and prepare reports based on the trainings proposed. Additionally, support or provide (when necessary) activity refresh sessions
- Participate and contribute to activity optimization and projects and promote initiatives/innovations within the team that can make our daily work more efficient. Also, participate in the drafting, writing or reviewing of KYC procedures (if applicable) and ensure procedures are followed.
- Provide reports and information to the Team Manager whenever acting as a backup in Team Leader’s absence and follow up on the Team Leader’s return
- Assure Team Leader functions while out and whenever needed, which encompasses managing the team’s organization and performance, work prioritization and planning. Organize and schedule team meetings
- Distribute processes, tasks and back-up schemes as well as shifts planning. Also, monitor staff absences and related tasks reallocation. Ensure that all operational changes are known to the team members
- Motivate the team and integrate the diversity of its members
- Perform the initiation and preparation of the onboarding/recertification KYC process
- Perform the collection of information and documents with the aim of supporting the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. Ensure the data capture and upload of the documents of the KYC process in relevant systems

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management
- Up to two years of experience in Law related positions
- Up to two years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both oral and written)
- Knowledge on Compliance - Know your Client
- Experience with Compliance Vigilance Tool
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to develop others
- Great analytical ability
