**About Womentum**

Womentum is a global initiative dedicated to empowering women through coaching, networking, and business development. We are expanding our reach and seeking **Independent Community Builders** to establish and manage local and online Womentum communities under a structured business model.

This role is ideal for **self-motivated women leaders** who want to build a business, support other women, and drive impactful coaching programs while working remotely.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruit and onboard professional coaches for the Womentum community.
- Engage with leads and establish partnerships with women-focused communities and organizations.
- Organize and manage coaching sessions, webinars, and networking events.
- Grow and nurture a thriving local or online community using Womentum’s structured model.
- Promote Womentum’s coaching programs and services to ensure high engagement and participation.
- Operate autonomously while receiving branding, mentorship, and strategic guidance from the Womentum core team.

**Qualifications**
- Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in **community building, coaching, partnerships, or business development** is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with mínimal supervision.
- Passion for women’s empowerment, leadership, and professional development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
