Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Porto, Portugal for a Business Development Executive at Sureminds Solutions Porto Portugal. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and managing the sales process to completion. This includes communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions that meet their needs.
**Requirements**:
Understanding IT Needs: Gain a deep understanding of the unique HR needs and challenges within IT companies. This might include high demand for specialized technical skills, fast-paced recruitment cycles, and the importance of cultural fit within tech teams.
Tailored Solutions: Offer HR and recruiting solutions that are specifically designed to address the needs of IT companies. This could involve services such as technical recruitment for software developers, IT project staffing, or specialized training programs for IT professionals.
Showcase Technical Expertise: Demonstrate your team's expertise in understanding technical roles and requirements. Highlight any experience you have in recruiting for IT positions, knowledge of programming languages and technologies, or understanding of industry-specific certifications.
Networking within the IT Community: Attend IT industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals, stay updated on industry trends, and build relationships with potential clients.
Provide Value-Added Services: Offer additional services beyond traditional recruiting, such as workforce planning, talent mapping, employer branding, or training and development programs tailored to the needs of IT companies.
Stay Updated on IT Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and shifts in the IT job market. This knowledge will help you better understand your clients' needs and position your services accordingly.
