The Junior Strategic Project Manager will support Senior Strategic Project Managers and C-level executives in delivering high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s long-term direction. This role involves cross-department collaboration, strategic analysis, and hands-on project execution.

Role:
Partner with department leads and executives to align key initiatives with strategic priorities

Conduct data analysis to support strategy development and decision-making

Identify and solve operational and strategic challenges across departments

Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success

Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar, with strong academic performance

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and ability to work independently

Capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
