BUSINESS ANALYST - UNCERTAIN FIXED TERM (JOB NUMBER: 2303TSS14332) **About the job** - Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process **Your Main Activities Are** - Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements - Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts - Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment - Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics - At least 2 years of relevant experience in Reconciliation, Finance, Accounting, Operations - Advanced English level - Attention to detail / rigor - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Adaptability - Analytical Ability - Knowledge in Finance and Budget - Knowledge in Compliance - Proficiency in Financial software (Reconciliation Tools) - Proficiency in Office pack (Excel) LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
