We are looking for a PLM & CAD/CAM Integration Specialist with proven experience in managing and supporting Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring its integration with CAD and CAM tools while maintaining high system performance, security, and user support. This role is critical to the administration and continuous improvement of the PLM ecosystem, guaranteeing seamless collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.
**Must-Have**:
- Proven experience in managing and using Siemens Teamcenter
- Strong knowledge of PLM, product structure, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Shell
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving focus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset in identifying continuous improvement opportunities
**Would be great if you have**:
- Experience with other PLM platforms or CAD/CAM systems
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization and extensions
- Knowledge of system performance optimization and monitoring tools
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and their integration into PLM systems
- Previous experience in multi-site or international environments
