**Senior Procurement Manager - Global Contract Manufacturing Organisation - Strategic Procurement Transformation - Lisbon
- €80k - €90k + Bonus & Strong Package**
This family-owned global CDMO is embarking upon a large-scale procurement transformation, as they look to move towards best-in-class. They are seeking experienced strategic procurement leaders, interested in joining an evolving procurement function, working closely with the leadership team to develop and imbed new processes.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to develop long term strategic category plans across direct/indirect spend.
- Bring market knowledge on innovative procurement strategies to help evolve the procurement function in line with market trends and technologies.
- Manage a team of procurement managers, ensuring effective monitoring of performance and development.
- Effectively imbed a supplier relationship and contract management policy.
- Manage your spend areas across the end to end procurement process globally.
**Key Experience Required**:
- A strong procurement background within a global matrix organisation is required.
- Experienced in developing and imbedding strategic procurement policies, within a changing environment.
- Experience within a relevant regulated industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage cross functional stakeholder groups.
