**Faurecia’s VIE Program**:
**Your position and environment**:
Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for a VIE Junior Operations Controlling Specialist M/F.

Your role and responsibilities: Your main missions will be to
- Ensure all financial related procedures and tools are implemented and followed
- Ensure plant controlling teams are informed and trained on controlling procedures and policies and tools
- Ensure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the division
- Provide industrial financial communication towards management
- Ensure the coordination of financial forecasting process for plants (budget, periodic forecasts, Mid Term Plan)
- Provide a consolidated view of operations results and communicate it to the Operations Manager
- Analyze and challenge the variances between the forecasted and actual results
- Determine and ensure the follow up and monitor the consolidated margin per program in liaise with program controlling
- Validate the economic justification of standard costs and rates used in each plant
- Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
- Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow up
- Support the Plant Controlling teams on all financial issues
- Contribute to internal and external Audits requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics (accounting, controlling)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel in particular
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP is welcome
- Conscientiousness, analytical thinking skills, team work skills, punctuality
